Commercial Sales Consultant, Bristol (Avonmouth)

Salary - 20,000 with uncapped OTE of 44,000

The normal working hours are 45 hours per week, worked over 5 days: 4 weekdays and a Saturday on one fixed shift pattern.

Vanbase are looking for a motivated

Commercial Sales Consultant

to join our energetic Avonmouth team. You will play a vital role in guiding customers to their ideal vehicle, delivering an outstanding experience, and enjoying plenty of opportunities to grow and succeed along the way.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience:

Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, guiding them through vehicle choices and showcasing our range of products with enthusiasm.

Drive Sales Success:

Convert test drives and walk-ins into successful purchases, consistently meeting or exceeding both personal and store-wide sales and profit targets.

Stay Knowledgeable and Confident:

Keep up-to-date with our diverse and evolving product range and services to confidently assist customers in making informed decisions.

Collaborate for Success:

Partner closely with your Business Manager to maximize the value of each transaction, fostering teamwork and receiving continuous support as you work toward achieving excellence.

Person Specification:

Must hold a valid, full UK driving licence. Will have a strong drive for success and a commitment to achieving both individual and team sales targets are key to excelling in this position. Will have exceptional Customer Service Skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Have strong interpersonal skills to ensure you can build lasting relationships with customers. Will have previous experience within a busy sales environment. Previous experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
