Job Summary

Raith Rovers Football Club is on an exciting growth path both on and off the pitch. We are now seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to join the Commercial team to drive outbound sales across our club's key revenue areas, including sponsorship, hospitality, facility hire, and provide support across other revenue generating areas, as required.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in building relationships, closing deals, and representing one of Scotland's most ambitious football clubs with professionalism and passion.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, contact and promote to new commercial partners and sponsors Drive sales for hospitality packages and facility hire across the season Support the team to increase season ticket and club membership sales Generate and manage outbound leads through calls, emails, visits and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and supporters Represent the club at business and community events Work matchdays to support hospitality operations and network with guests

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in sales or business development (football or sports background preferred but not essential) Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently Comfortable speaking to business owners and decision-makers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about football and the growth of Raith Rovers FC Ability to manage CRM systems and keep accurate records Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
