About Us

Eckland Balconies is a leading design led balcony supplier based in Market Harborough. As we move from start-up to scale up, we are looking to expand our team. Based within our friendly office and workshop, we are looking for someone with drive and self-motivation.

You will primarily be selling balconies on small/medium sized construction projects. Once established you will have the opportunity to sell a wider variety of products to a wider range of project sizes.

The Role

Sales role with great scope to develop and grow as part of a highly motivated and supportive team. Focussed on engaging new and existing accounts, such as Contractors, Architects and Consultants.

Day to day you will be making calls to prospect for new account and projects, arranging and attending meetings with clients at offices and building sites whilst ensuring all existing accounts are well serviced.

Initial training is given on the product and systems that we use over a week period - which is then followed up by supportive and on-going training in a friendly but target driven environment.

Responsibilities and Learning

On-going training in sales Mentored in how to engage customers in a professional capacity Gain understanding of a complete sales cycle Sales funnel and CRM and other office systems training

Requirements

Previous experience in construction based sales Desirable prior experience in startup companies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn technical aspects of construction products Professional Positive attitude, not afraid to just pick up the phone and hard working Sales orientated / experienced Highly organised Team player
