At Dream Luxury Serviced Apartments, we are looking for a Commercial Sales Executive who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. A natural new business hunter, the role will be an integral part of the Commercial Sales Executive team. You will be results driven, a confident communicator, self-motivated and understand the importance of being a committed team player.
As Commercial Sales Executive you will be expected to manage all aspects of the group bookings, proposals, contracting, reservation and billing, as well as contacting and soliciting accounts that yield maximum revenues and profits for Luxury Apartments Newcastle.
As Commercial Sales Executive, you analyse local market trends and competitor activity to generate new future business for the business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads
Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the specific market and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients
Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels
Cold calling leads to develop them in to business
Prepare company contracts for the business in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
Work within current business strategies and recognising potential opportunities
Cooperate with other departments in the business to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
Attend Sales events, as required
Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Managing Director to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
30,000 salary pro rata 20 hours per week.
