The Commercial Sales Support, UK is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, travel agents, and customers to ensure efficient daily operations. The role assists with bookings, records, and communications, while supporting sales initiatives and maintaining service standards in line with company policies.
Key Accountability

Agent, Corporate TMC & Guest Support
Provide frontline support to travel agents, Corporate TMC and guests by handling inquiries, bookings, and post-travel services to ensure smooth operations.
Respond to queries from agents, Corporate TMC and guests on bookings, fares, policies, and ticketing with timely and accurate information.
Assist during flight disruptions by delivering clear communication, providing guidance on re-accommodation, and applying commercial policies as instructed.
Agent, Corporate TMC Data & Trade Communications
Maintain accurate and timely updates of travel agent & Corporate TMC details in internal systems in line with commercial policies.
Prepare and distribute trade communications, including promotions, fare updates, and policy changes, to agents, consolidators, and corporate clients.
Group Booking & Ticketing Management
Support agents and corporate clients with group travel requests through the Group Portal, including quotations, booking changes, and system assistance.
Provide ticketing support for travel agents, including issuance, reissuance, payment checks, and ensuring compliance with fare rules.
Process involuntary refunds in line with airline policies, regulatory requirements, and revenue protection procedures.
Fare Filing & Fare Benchmarking
File and update public, private, and promotional fares in internal systems and distribution platforms as guided.
Assist with monitoring competitor fares and basic benchmarking activities to support pricing decisions.
Support Sales Marketing Campaign and Promotions
Provide backend support for sales and marketing initiatives, including preparing data, assisting with system setup, and compiling basic reports.
Facilitate Training for Agents on Sales Tools
Assist in planning and facilitating training sessions for agents on airline sales tools and platforms to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Reporting & Finance Support
Support Finance by preparing and tracking Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders to ensure compliance and timely processing.
Collect and compile sales data, prepare routine reports, and assist with tracking performance metrics such as revenue, load factors, and incentives including Corporate TMC performance reports.
Assist in resolving Agency Debit and Credit Memo issues to ensure accuracy and compliance with IATA standards
Qualification & Working Experience

Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
* 2 - 3 years of experience in a related role, particularly in sales support, agency coordination, or administrative support.
