We are seeking a proactive and detail driven Sales Support Executive to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you'll support our internal Sales function by managing quotes, processing orders and samples, updating CRM records, and responding to customer and team queries with professionalism and accuracy.

This role is ideal for someone with strong sales administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment and takes pride in getting things done accurately and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES



Manage and respond to customer and internal queries via the sales support mailbox Process customer orders, quotes, and sample requests accurately and within agreed timeframes Raise inbound customer quote requests, align pricing with Sales team, and send quotes in a timely manner Add quotes as deals to the Regional Sales Pipeline and assign follow-up tasks to Internal Account Managers Set up new customer accounts and guide them through onboarding workflows Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Answer inbound calls professionally and handle customer or internal requests promptly Prepare and issue customer-specific price lists upon request Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customer communication Manage assigned personal tasks daily and contribute to team workflow

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES



Ensure all assigned mailbox actions (received before 4:30pm) are processed by end of day Meet targets for inbound call response times and abandoned call rates Maintain order accuracy and quote turnaround times in line with team expectations Ensure personal SLA for response times on queries and emails is consistently met Manage regional backorders to remain within agreed limits as allocated by the Team Lead Support continuous improvement of the sales support function through reliable execution and feedback

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR



Essential:

Experience in an administrative or sales support role, ideally in a commercial or distribution setting Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot experience a bonus) Clear and professional phone manner Able to work cross-functionally with departments and manage competing priorities A proactive, customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve queries quickly
Desirable:

Experience in quote or deal management Comfortable managing and updating sales pipelines or CRM workflows Understanding of sales processes or backorder handling
