Job Description
Join a renowned law firm in Glasgow as they grow their Real Estate & Infrastructure team, with openings for a Commercial Senior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering legal counsel to commercial clients, facilitating contract negotiations on their behalf, and offering guidance on aspects related to the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of commercial properties.
To qualify for this position, you must possess at least 6 years\' PQE with experience in the related field. The ideal candidate will be involved in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing leases and related lease management agreements, as well as Development Agreements. Additionally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to excel in client relationships, mentor junior team members, and ideally, have supervisory experience.
