time-served Commercial Service Advisor

to be part of our continued growth and success.

If you're an experienced Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the value of great customer relationships, and wants to be part of a team that's going places -- we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Be the first point of contact for our commercial customers - building relationships, not just taking bookings. Translate customer concerns into technical instructions for the workshop. Manage the service process from start to finish, with clear communication and total transparency. Maximise service opportunities and upsell where appropriate -- always with integrity and trust. Collaborate closely with our strong workshop and parts teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

Previous Service Advisor experience (essential)

- ideally in a commercial or main dealer environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. A genuine customer-first attitude with great attention to detail. Knowledge of Kerridge/Drive and E-Dynamix is a plus. Ford experience is helpful, but not essential. Full UK driving licence.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week. Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
