Alternative working patterns and/or working

fixed.

Link is looking for an experienced
Administrator to join the After Sales Team.





Reporting to the Commercial Services Team
Leader, you will provide a courteous and efficient service to
After Sales customer for the Shared Equity Schemes. These high
profiles schemes offer the opportunity for people to secure an
affordable home to buy and support the construction and house
building industry. In addition, the post holder will also provide
general administrative support to the wider Commercial Services
team.





The postholder will be responsible for
accurately administering transactions for shared equity schemes
such as sales, equity increases, change of title, change of
lender and additional secure lending in line with policies and
procedural guidance including liaising with external customer
e.g. applicants, solicitors and Independent Financial
Advisers.



The role involves liaising with surveyors
to instruct property valuations, ensuring correct information is
provided, relevant fees are charged and monitor invoices for
payment.





The successful candidate works closely with
the Commercial Services Team Leader and Scottish Government on
complex cases.





Will handle sensitive personal data and
maintain accurate records confidentially and in line with General
Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), Records Management Procedures
and Retention Schedules.




About You





The postholder will have experience of
providing an administrative service as well as experience of
working in a customer services environment.





The role requires a high degree of
competence in the use of a range of IT systems and experience of
dealing with sensitive data and maintaining accurate records, a
high level of attention to detail and numeracy is required for
this role.



As a skilled Administrator, you will have
experience of working within a fast- paced team multi task role
dealing with a range of customers and stakeholders, excellent
customer service skills (both written and verbal) are
essential.
