Specialist, innovative law firm looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Solicitor into their Liverpool offices.Sacco Mann has been instructed on a role within a well-established legal practise that is known for its friendly and welcoming workplace culture. As a Commercial Solicitor, you will be working across a broad mix of matters including:

  • Commercial Contract work
  • Risk Analysis
  • B2B and B2C agreements
  • Complex Transactional work
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Intellectual Property rights
