Company Commercial Solicitor
to join their team in Poole.This is a strong opportunity for a solicitor with up to 4 years' PQE to develop within a supportive, high-performing commercial department offering quality work and clear career progression.
The role will include:
Business and share sales/purchases Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts Shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring, and incentive schemes Exposure to education sector advisory work
Ideal candidate profile:
0-4+ years' PQE in company/commercial law Confident managing a varied caseload Strong communication and drafting skills Team-oriented with a commercial mindset Office-based with some flexibility; own transport preferred
