We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Commercial Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial law and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. This role is pivotal in providing legal advice to clients on various commercial matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the growth of our clients' businesses.

Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to protect the interests of clients. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and client inquiries. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions. Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry standards that may impact clients. Assist in dispute resolution processes, including mediation and litigation when necessary. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case progress.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in commercial law. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
