This is a
hands-on role
in a
creative workshop environment
-- not a production line. You'll take pride in preparing, finishing, and painting custom cast iron products that are built to last.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare cast iron products for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.)
Apply spray paint finishes to a high standard
Maintain paint equipment and workshop cleanliness
Assist with general workshop tasks as needed
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Requirements
Essential:
Previous experience in spray painting
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and pride in your work
