Commercial Support Specialist

What You'll Be Doing



In this role, you will collaborate with your team members to deliver outstanding service and operational support that helps Danfoss meet its commercial goals. As the link between customers and internal teams, you will ensure orders are processed smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and communication flows clearly. Your responsibilities include


Supporting customers and commercial teams with timely, accurate responses to queries, orders, and requests Managing order processing and documentation, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish Collaborating across departments to resolve issues quickly and keep customers happy. Maintaining data accuracy in systems and reports to support decision-making and compliance Identifying opportunities to improve processes and embracing new tools as part of our digital transformation, helping us work smarter and deliver even better service

What We're Looking For


Experience from a customer-focused role, ideally in customer service or commercial support Solid Microsoft Office skills and motivation to learn using other systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, AI tools) Excellent communication skills - clear, professional, and friendly, with a customer-first mindset Attention to detail - especially when handling orders, data, and documentation Team spirit - someone who enjoys working closely with sales, logistics, and finance to get things done Problem-solving ability - staying calm under pressure and quick to find practical solutions Fluent English language skills
