As a Project Commercial Support Specialist, you'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless project delivery through meticulous documentation, effective coordination, and adherence to streamlined processes. Key Responsibilities



Your role will include, but is not limited to, the following:

Develop Quotation Templates

: Create accurate cost documents from Requests for Quotation (RFQ) provided by the client's commercial team.

Craft Critical Path Analysis (CPA)

: Produce detailed CPA documents to outline project timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Submit Deliverables

: Share quotation templates and CPAs in the agreed format, securely storing all documentation in designated Teams folders.

Maintain Milestone Tracker

: Keep project milestone trackers up-to-date with precise and timely information.

Prepare Weekly Reports

: Deliver clear, concise summary reports to clients and internal teams using standardized templates.

Manage Purchase Orders

: Review and log purchase orders daily, coordinating with the admin team to process orders and update project portals.

Generate Quotation Templates

: Create, log, and upload quotation templates to the project management portal.

Support Variation Processes

: Assist in preparing snag, extra, and variation quotation templates, ensuring accurate logging and portal updates.

Contribute to Financial Processes

: Provide support for final accounts and invoicing as required.

General Responsibilities



Adhere to company policies and procedures. Utilize the latest tools and processes as directed by the management team. Save all work in designated Teams folders, maintaining a clutter-free digital workspace. Embrace additional duties as needed to support the company's goals.
