The Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated

PSV Technician

to join our growing team. Starting with

30 hours per week

, the role will scale up to

45 hours per week

as the garage becomes fully operational - with

overtime opportunities available

.

This permanent position offers excellent development potential and flexibility, with room to grow into supervisory roles as part of a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on minibuses and minicoaches. Diagnose and fix faults efficiently. Prepare vehicles for MOT and ensure full compliance. Respond to

roadside breakdowns

when required.

Complete job cards, maintenance logs, and paperwork using our cloud-based system

. Contribute to the daily operation and future expansion of the new workshop. Help shape workshop procedures and contribute to operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

Prior experience as a PSV or HGV Technician (essential). Strong working knowledge of

minibuses and minicoaches

.

Must have tools

. Comfortable with cloud-based systems or willing to learn quickly. Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance) are preferred. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

20.00 per hour starting pay

, with potential to increase to

25.00 per hour

for the right candidate.

Initial 30-hour week

, growing to

45 hours/week

in due course.

Overtime available

25 days of annual leave + 8 bank holidays
