Owning channel strategy and offer targeting in Skys Loyalty Change channel. You will be responsible for delivering a new offer decisioning model into the estate, building out new ways of working with relevant commercial and Digital teams and recommending the future vision for the Loyalty Change channel.

What you\'ll do:

  • Launch a new decisioning model driven toolkit in Loyalty change, first testing in Q4 2023 the rolling out in 2024 and delivering against NBA business targets.
  • Lead the transition to this new model, engaging with early and supporting the wider business and adapting current or setting up new process\xe2\x80\x99 and governance.
  • Undertake an end-to-end review of the Loyalty change channel strategy \xe2\x80\x93 Ultimately summarising the customer experience and commercial realities of today\xe2\x80\x99s setup and recommending how and what should change. Including a SOIP specific section.
  • Establish new ways of working with the Commercial teams \xe2\x80\x93 Sharing key commercial performance and insight and setting out and agreeing key priorities monthly.
  • Digital Customer Value management - Start to work closely with the relevant Digital team and build out a Digital offer plan for SOIP and DTH customers.
  • Help to define the future commercial KPIs for the Loyalty change estate and work with the relevant teams to embed them across the business.
  • Introduce quarterly plans that align to the overall planning process and provide the business with recommendations on level of activity in each quarter and ultimately choices to be included as part of wider Trading/performance discussions.
What you\'ll bring:
  • Experience in creating channel management strategies, Retention Toolkits and/or base management programmes.
  • Strong critical thinking with the ability to assess a situation logically and systematically to arrive at the most objective conclusions.
  • Great Problem-solving skills - able to make decisions and develop feasible solutions for simple to complex problems quickly and effectively.
  • Restless curiosity for opportunities to optimise campaign performance - looking at latest insights and continuously striving to understand how campaigns performed so that we can improve.
  • Brilliant collaborator and strong relationship skills \xe2\x80\x93 able to work across a matrix organisation, working with Digital, Connected Comms, Sky Data, Finance, and the Commercial teams to measurable benefits.
  • Positive Energy - High Energy to drive and motivate the team as well as work across functions to get the job done.
  • Presentation skills - Credible and able to present and work to senior leadership team at Sky, with excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate views clearly.
