Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tyre Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tyres on various vehicles. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety and efficiency in all tasks.

Hours are Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm, every other Saturday 8am - 1pm

Duties

Perform tyre installations, repairs, and rotations on a range of vehicles. Conduct thorough inspections of tyres to assess wear and damage. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly. Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tyre-related tasks. Assist customers with inquiries regarding tyre selection, maintenance, and safety. Lift heavy tyres and equipment as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.

Skills

Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to tyre servicing. Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year
