The Opportunity:
In this New CV Sales Advisor role:
Whether it is by phone, online or face to face, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers to assess their needs and make recommendations for suitable products and services to meet those needs.
Taking into account the nature of this role, it's important that we maximise every sales opportunity to achieve sales and profit targets, therefore you will need to be able to work well under pressure.
You will play an important role in proactively contacting both new and existing customers and following up leads to generate sales and repeat business, creating customer appointments, scheduling test drives (when possible) and arrange handover appointments.
