Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Works Manager to oversee our operations in Liverpool. This vital role involves coordinating projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality facilities management services. Responsibilities

Prepare completed job sheets for invoicing Calculate labour and material costs and apply agreed mark-ups Identify and price variations and additional works Allocate engineers and monitor job progress Ensure jobs are fully completed, closed out, and documented Liaise with clients and attend site meetings where required Work closely with finance to support timely invoicing

Qualifications

Proven experience in FM, maintenance contracting, or construction operations Confident pricing works from job sheets Commercially aware with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing engineers and dealing with clients Organised, proactive, and able to challenge incomplete job information

Desirable:

CAFM systems experience or commercial / QS background.
