Air Culinaire Worldwide are looking for a Commis Chef to work within their brand new kitchen at Biggin Hill Airport: Situated inside The Landing Hotel; it boasts state of the art facilities and equipment for private aviation food production.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assist with catering events as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
Due to the location and time of shifts, you will need a full manual drivers licence and access to own vehicle.
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
