The Role

As a Commis Chef, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operations. From crafting delicious dishes to upholding impeccable cleanliness standards, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience. This entry-level role is perfect for those hungry to delve into the world of culinary arts, offering ample room for growth and learning in a vibrant kitchen atmosphere.

Responsibilities include

Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes under the guidance of senior kitchen staff. Learn and execute basic cooking techniques and procedures. Collaborate with the Exec Head Chef to develop new breakfast items and suggest improvements to existing offerings. Work closely with the senior kitchen team members to ensure a well-organised and efficient workflow. Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless workflow during busy periods.
