We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis to join our culinary team. As a Commis, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and production. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of ingredients for various dishes, ensuring quality and consistency. Support chefs in food production by following recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Help with the storage of food items, ensuring proper labelling and rotation. Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setting up workstations and cleaning equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Follow instructions from senior chefs while demonstrating a willingness to learn and improve.
