Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including equipment upkeep.
Handle any issues that arise during service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Experience
Proven experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
Proficient in food production techniques and culinary skills, with an eye for detail in presentation.
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
