What you'll do
Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes under the guidance of senior chefs
Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes that reflect current culinary trends
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met consistently throughout food preparation and service
Manage inventory control by assisting with stock rotation and maintaining accurate records of supplies
Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious kitchen environment that fosters teamwork and creativity
Support catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional meals
Engage in shift management tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
Continuously learn and develop your culinary skills through hands-on experience and training
Basic qualifications
Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within fine dining or catering settings
Preferred qualifications
Previous banquet or catering experience
Familiarity with dietary department operations and food management practices
