We're looking for a
Commis Chef
with enthusiasm, passion, and a real desire to learn. Whether you're fresh out of college or taking your first steps in a professional kitchen, this role offers hands-on experience, great mentoring, and clear opportunities to progress.
What you'll be doing
Supporting senior chefs with food preparation and cooking across all sections
Learning new skills and techniques using fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
Assisting with stock rotation and care of kitchen equipment
Playing an active role during service in a busy, well-run kitchen
Bringing energy, ideas, and a positive attitude to the team
