Summary

Are you a Commis Chef looking for your next move?

Are you fed up working unsociable hours, and would prefer a position that offers work-life balance?

Would you like a position where no two weeks are the same, with a variety of different venues and menus?

This position is offered on a 30-35hr contract to include Saturdays (very rare Sundays) plus mid-week days with occasional evenings. A degree of flexibility is important for this role.

We are not looking for a Head Chef or someone who has worked at Michelin Star restaurants, just someone who is committed, reliable and has a genuine interest in delivering quality food and successful events

Car driver essential due to our location (you may be required to drive to external venues, but would mainly travel in the company van)

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and cooking Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards. Support the team in food production & service for a variety of events Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or a cooking role is essential. Understanding of food safety practices.
