Commis Chef

to join our team at Unity Holidays newest venue - a large lively pub and restaurant, located on Skirlington Coast, a beautiful holiday park on the East Coast of Yorkshire.

Job Details

As a Commis Chef, you'll play a key role in preparing fresh, delicious meals for our owners and guests. Working as part of a talented kitchen team, you'll gain hands-on experience while learning from experienced chefs, all while contributing to exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of menu items. Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness. Supporting senior chefs with day-to-day kitchen tasks. Ensuring kitchen operations run smoothly during busy service times.

About you

You'll have a passion for food and a desire to develop your culinary skills. Some experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential--we'll provide full training! A strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings & weekends.
