We are a busy and established Lounge, Bar & Kitchen superbly located on the Leas in Folkestone. We have a stunning terrace directly overlooking the coast, we are a popular destination bar and restaurant for people all over Kent.
A 4Boutique Hotel with it's very own destination restaurant, producing quality gastro style dishes using local, fresh produce. We are a family owned and operated business that focuses heavily on the welfare and progression of our entire team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced chef to join our growing business!
Must be passionate about food quality and producing new and exciting dishes. Our busy restaurant helps us to provide the chance for chefs to be trained to the best standards with the opportunity to move their career forward.
Will report to an experienced head chef.
Split shifts will be required.
The ideal candidate should be-

Friendly and enthusiastic
Key Responsibilities would include-
Producing a variety of dishes to a high standard and in a timely manner
Adhering to all relevant food safety and Health & Safety regulations.
Various forms of food preparation
Working alongside the rest of the team to ensure service is smooth and efficient.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
