Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
Assist in the daily preparation of ingredients including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure timely and efficient delivery of meals.
Adhere to food hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Receive and store deliveries, checking the quality and freshness of all ingredients.
Participate in kitchen meetings and training sessions to continually improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
