Duties
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs
Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
Help with food plating and presentation to meet quality standards
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices
Contribute to the efficient running of kitchen operations during service hours.
Requirements
Previous experience in food production, cooking, or hospitality is preferred
Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and restaurant operations
Candidates should possess a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for food and hospitality.
