Commis Chef

for our location in

London - Mayfair.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and service. Support senior chefs in supervising kitchen staff and managing daily operations. Participate in inventory management and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hygiene Background in hospitality, demonstrating teamwork abilities Familiarity with food production processes and restaurant operations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
