What You Will Be Doing

To prepare, cook, and serve food delegated as your responsibility, adhering to the dish specifications, to achieve the correct quality, appearance, and portion size Work closely with the section Chef de Partie the ensure the highest possible quality is maintained and standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times Ensure Mis-en-place is done for your delegated section to the agreed schedule and ready for service at the agreed time Carry out food labelling/dating and stock rotation to the required standard on a regular basis, and ensure all records are recorded and updated Assist with food deliveries and the correct storage in line with HACCP regulations and Hotel standard
