Great opportunity to join our 3 Rosettes Gallery Restaurant Dinner team

No Split shifts - Get paid for each worked hour, around 50 hours per week / 5 days per week (afternoon + evening shift)

From 32,400 per year (based on 50 worked hours per week - 5 days)

What will i do as Commis Chef ?

Our Gallery Restaurant opens at 18:00 for dinner service with a dedicated team looking after the preparation of a European inspired Fine Dining Brasserie Menu, elaborated by Masterchef Pierre Gagnaire and his team

As a Commis Chef, you will support a section and train to become a Demi Chef de Partie within the brigade.

The candidate must have previous Experience in a similar environment and style of cuisine.
