Duties

Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs Support kitchen operations by organising ingredients and equipment efficiently Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all processes Help with plating dishes and ensuring presentation meets quality standards Contribute to maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment Support team members during busy service periods, fostering a collaborative atmosphere Follow all health and safety regulations diligently, including proper handling of food products Participate in training sessions aimed at enhancing culinary skills and knowledge

Experience

Prior experience in food production, kitchen work, or hospitality is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Supervising experience or team management skills are advantageous for those aspiring to leadership roles within the kitchen Familiarity with food safety protocols and restaurant operations is preferred Experience in cooking, food preparation, or serving within a hospitality setting will be considered beneficial Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in culinary arts, with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
