What You'll Do

As a

Commis Chef

, you will:

Prepare Ingredients

to assist the kitchen team, working closely with the Chef de Partie

Support Food Preparation & Cooking

, ensuring dishes meet company standards

Maintain The Highest Standards of Hygiene

, following food safety protocols at all times

Manage Deliveries & Stock Rotation

, ensuring food items are stored correctly and used efficiently

Monitor Food Safety Compliance

, completing daily/weekly food safety diaries and reporting any concerns

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a

motivated and eager-to-learn individual

who takes pride in delivering great food. Ideally, you'll have:

Previous experience in a food and beverage role

Basic food hygiene certification

(NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)

Allergen awareness training

(training provided for the right candidate)

Strong teamwork and communication skills

A passion for cooking

and a keen interest in developing your culinary abilities
