The Work:




Starting your journey in a kitchen you will work under the guidance of a senior Chef and be responsible for basic food preparation and cooking tasks. You'll gain insight and knowledge about the various kitchen sections and the day-to-day operation of a working kitchen while delivering excellent food to enahce the guest experience.

The Works




As

General Manager

, you'll take full ownership of the venue's performance, leading the team, shaping the customer experience, and driving both service and sales. You will set the tone for a positive workplace culture and lead from the front every step of the way. You will be:


An experienced manager from a fast-paced, service-led environment A hands-on leader who inspires high performance and exceptional hospitality Commercially savvy with a proven ability to grow sales and drive results A true brand ambassador who creates a positive, people-first team culture

You'll be responsible for:




Managing day-to-day operations and service excellence Motivating and developing a high-performing team Driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction Championing compliance, health & safety, and brand standards Building a great place to work -- and a great place to dine
