Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Commis Chef to join our Staff Cafeteria team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Commis Chef to join our Staff Cafeteria team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge. This role is essential in providing high-quality, nutritious meals for our employees, ensuring they enjoy the same exceptional standards as our guests.

What you will do:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of daily meals for the staff cafeteria. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in accordance with HACCP guidelines. Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily operations. Ensure timely service and presentation of dishes. Contribute to menu planning and suggest creative ideas for staff meals.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment orculinary education. Passion for fresh, quality ingredients and simple, well-executed dishes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player with a positive attitude. The Right to Work in the UK.
