We're looking for a passionate and hard-working
Commis Chef
to join our kitchen team atThe Whitehouse Inn
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who's either just starting out in the kitchen or looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation and cooking Supporting the chefs during busy service Keeping your section clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards Learning about ingredients, techniques, and menu planning Helping with deliveries, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness Bringing a positive attitude to every shift
What We're Looking For:
A genuine interest in food and hospitality A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure A team player who takes pride in what they do Previous kitchen experience is a bonus - but not essential
