Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Participate in menu planning and food production processes.
Support the management team in training new kitchen staff as required.
Help with inventory management and stock rotation to minimise waste.
Skills
Previous kitchen experience, preferably within a restaurant setting.
