We are looking for a passionate and motivated

Commis Chef

to join our growing team and work alongside our talented Head and Sous Chefs.

About the Role:

Up to

30 hours per week

. Daytime, evening, and occasional breakfast service shifts. Assisting with food preparation and service during open hours. Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen to EHO standards. Supporting all aspects of kitchen work to ensure the smooth running of both the restaurant and hotel.

Requirements:

Previous experience and training in a commercial kitchen environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy setting. A valid Food Safety Certificate.

Flexibility with shift patterns

(including breakfast, daytime, and evening work). Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player. A genuine passion for food, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude.
