We are looking for a Commis/Chef de Partie to join our team of talented, enthusiastic chefs at our flagship site in St Neots

Bohemia is a thriving business that offers a unique blend of classic and modern breakfast dishes, Bistro style lunches and tapas on a Friday and Saturday evenings.
Your role as Chef de partie will be varied and diverse. As such daily tasks will vary from assisting the head chef, preparing and serving hot and cold dishes, driving the standards and leading services right through to the preparation of fresh produce. As well as help create and develop our ever-changing menu.
All roles tasks would include the preparation and service of fresh seasonal foods, cleaning, ensuring that all paperwork are up to date, assisting in the ordering, ensuring that all staff have completed their tasks for the day and menu development.
The ideal candidate will come from a fresh food background and have at least 1 years experience working in a fast-paced busy, fresh food restaurant environment.
You should have good knife skills, be able to work well in a team, be able to complete multiple tasks at once and be able to handle the pressure of a busy service.
Our menu is anything but traditional so a good knowledge of produce and cuisines from around the world will be beneficial. We change a large proportion of our menu every Monday so you will need to be creative and flexible.
There is a competitive salary on offer with the chance to progress as the company grows. As well as an overtime scheme paid on top of your contracted hours and not included in your total salary
The work life balance of this role is excellent due to the restaurant being closed after 3pm Sunday through to Thursday.
The shift pattern will be a mix of both straight and split shifts.
2 years industry experience is required
