As Commis Waiter/waitress at Nobu London, your responsibilities would include:

Ensure food/drinks are delivered to the guest rapidly and accurately with a high standard of food/drinks knowledge. To act as the link between the back of house and front of house to achieve the highest possible levels of efficiency and profitability Ensuring that all guests receive the best possible service and care.
