We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and detail-oriented Commissioning Editor to join our Product team. We create the curriculum, qualifications and learning materials that continue to uphold the Global Standards for Procurement and Supply.
Reporting to the Head of Product Development, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing high-quality Knowledge and Education content, rich in pedagogy, that supports our guardianship of the Global Standards for the profession of Procurement and Supply.
You will work with external subject matter experts, commissioning their expertise in Education content authoring.
You will also work with our internal teams to deliver our teaching and learning materials, aligned to our standards and training programmes.
Working alongside our Content Writers, who will be generating complimentary, professionally relevant and topical content as a separate part of the Member value proposition, will form part of your role.

Person Specification:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication (or a related field, preferred)
Proven experience in an editorial or commissioning role, preferably in training or education
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of market trends and audience behaviour.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office tools as well as Project Management tools such as Trello or Workday
A keen eye for storytelling and innovative content.
Passion for professional training
Experience working with diverse authors and content creators

Pay: 45,941.00-54,555.00 per year
