Responsibilities

Lead on all aspects of re-commissioning activity of Care Homes within Herefordshire for 2026. Provide any day-to-day commissioning support required. Work with and develop relationships with the care market, developing engagement plans. Oversee fee and market-related challenges. Manage and respond to contractual queries. Asset map local day opportunity services and understand local demand. Collaborate with Procurement and Legal to develop an approach to Day Opps commissioning for Older People.
Person Specification

Experience working in complex and challenging markets. Significant commissioning experience. Excellent contract management skills. Ability to lead large-scale re-commissioning processes.
