About the role

We're seeking a Common Data Environment (CDE) Lead to oversee the implementation, optimisation, and management of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) across National Gas.



This is a pivotal opportunity to scale up our digital construction programme as we digitise all sites into a comprehensive digital twin environment. ACC is already established, actively supporting multiple projects and ready for its next phase of growth.



Your role will focus on supporting and managing users, ensuring the system runs effectively, and working with wider teams to enhance ACC's capabilities. You'll shape the roadmap to ensure ACC becomes the central workspace and single source of truth throughout an asset's lifecycle.



As the go-to expert, you'll provide hands-on support, resolve issues, and champion best practices, ensuring the platform delivers maximum value and evolves with business needs.

User Adoption & Engagement: Active users and positive feedback. System Performance: High reliability and minimal downtime. Training Impact: Sessions delivered and issues resolved. Efficiency Gains: Improved project delivery and collaboration. Data Governance: Compliance with ISO19650 standards. Feature Uptake: Timely rollout and adoption of new capabilities.

What we are looking for

Experience as a Product Owner, CDE Lead, or BIM Manager - ideally in construction, utilities, or energy. Proven track record managing AutoDesk Construction Cloud and/or Bentley platforms. Strong understanding of AEC workflows and digital construction principles. Experience supporting users, driving adoption, and resolving platform issues. Agile delivery and project management experience. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories. Experience with system integrations, APIs, and cloud-based platforms. Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and ISO19650 (certification preferred). Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
