About the role



As Comms and Events Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping how our family of schools are seen and experienced by current and prospective families. Reporting to the Admissions Manager, you'll lead on social media, create engaging content, support brand-aligned communications, and help deliver exceptional events--from open days to special community moments. Your work will directly support our admissions and marketing efforts, helping us attract new families and retain existing ones, all while ensuring everything we do reflects our schools' ethos and values.



This is a permanent, full-time position with a proposed September 2025 start date.





Who we are looking for



You bring proven experience in communications, marketing, or brand management--ideally in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You've run successful campaigns, managed content across multiple platforms (especially social media), and delivered events that reflect a strong attention to detail and audience engagement. Your written and verbal communication is confident, professional, and emotionally engaging. Experience in education is a bonus, but not essential. You're confident using tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Canva (or similar), and you know how to prioritise and stay calm under pressure.
