Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in private development blocks of flats communal areas, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for clientsf. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, dusted, and sanitised weekly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests or concerns promptly and professionally. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Proficient in English with strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns. Ability to drive is essential for role to travel between different sites or locations. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage cleaning tasks efficiently.
