We currently have a position available for a Cleaning Supervisor at Heidelberg Materials , Padeswood Cement Works Flintshire , CH7 4HB
Hours : Monday - Friday 10am -6pm
Pay Rate: 13.33 per hour
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Duties
Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored correctly. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand specific cleaning requirements. Drive to various locations as needed for cleaning assignments. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
Requirements
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate communication with clients and team members. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Good communication skills to ensure clarity in task execution. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
