As the Communications & Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for weaving together our internal and external communication and design strategies to ensure a consistent, coherent, and compelling message that aligns with The Bridge Care brand. Your role will span digital and print media: including (but not limited to) brochures and posters, website content, email design and communications, social media , digital displays, and internal documentation. You will craft engaging content across various formats and platforms, helping to champion our work, celebrate our people, amplify our voice, and support our wider organisational goals.
Areas of Responsibility o Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with our values and objectives.
Create and curate high-quality content across channels: written, visual, video, and presentation.
Oversee the production and publication of print and digital materials (e.g. brochures, posters, internal docs).
Manage and regularly update our website (WordPress), social media channels (Meta, TikTok), and digital platforms (Mailchimp, Yodeck).
Plan and deliver internal communication campaigns to foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Collect feedback from teams and stakeholders to shape future communication strategies.
Act as a brand ambassador to ensure all outputs align with The Bridge Care's identity, values, and tone.
Monitor and adapt to communication, digital, and design trends to keep strategies fresh and effective.
Collaborate with leadership to support company-wide initiatives, campaigns, and documentation.
Additional Key Responsibilities (Design & Digital Focus)
Ensure consistency of tone, style, and visual identity across all communication and branded materials.
Create or contribute to branded design assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Manage a social media content calendar tailored to each platform (Meta, TikTok), ensuring relevance, tone, and engagement.
Analyse performance using analytics tools and reporting to improve reach and impact.
Support the development and upkeep of internal brand resources, such as templates, toolkits, and style guides.
Engage with online audiences -- respond to comments/messages to build a positive online community. o Collaborate with internal teams to celebrate staff achievements, highlight success stories, and support recruitment/employer brand content

Ability to balance creativity with consistency and brand alignment
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
